Orders are processed within one to two business days after purchase. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time and Delivery

After processing, standard shipping typically takes three to seven business days depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Zynviaa LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. This offer is automatically applied at checkout, and no minimum purchase is required.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier.

Shipping Delays or Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
