Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within thirty calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Because fragrances and perfumes are personal care products, items that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety purposes, opened or used perfume products are generally not eligible for return or refund. Clearance or final sale items may also be non-returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact our customer support team to request return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, full name, email address, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Zynviaa LLC does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos and order details. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped, which typically occurs within one to two business days. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard delivery usually takes three to seven business days after shipment. We currently ship only within the United States and offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.
